**Embrace Winter Wellness: Nurture Your Mind, Body, and Soul**

The 12-week plan is a program designed to explore the psychological perspective and delve into the subconscious mind. Through this program, we aim to reorganize your thought processes to improve your goal-setting skills. The program is led by Jessica, a Psychology Student at Athabasca University, who will provide one-on-one support for 12 weeks.
During the program, you can expect to gain valuable insights, develop a new mindset, work towards healing and analyzing your subconscious mental processes, and enhance your goal-setting skills. You may also experience a decrease in anxiety and receive insights into your personality. Additionally, we offer 'think rehearsal' training to help you practice your new thought processes.
